Merger Drace Infraestructuras- Geotecnia y Cimientos

On June 18, 2021, the General Shareholders' Meeting of DRACE INFRAESTRUCTURAS, S.A. unanimously agreed to its merger with the company GEOTECNIA Y CIMIENTOS, S.A.

As a result of the merger, as of November 1st, 2021, the new organization DRACE GEOCISA, S.A. has been constituted.

DRACE GEOCISA, S.A., part of the ACS Group, one of the largest groups in construction and services worldwide, currently maintains all the activities that DRACE INFRAESTRUCTURAS, S.A. and GEOTECNIA Y CIMIENTOS, S.A. had been carrying out in the national and international market:

- Execution of studies, construction works and works related to geology, site investigation and land treatments;

- Special foundations and singular works;

- Nuclear laboratory;

- Management and conservation of infrastructures; restoration and rehabilitation of buildings and monuments;

- Design and construction of environmental works and water treatment;

- Large prefabs;

- Special structures, bridges and singular buildings.

DRACE GEOCISA, S.A. develops its activities in all areas where a high technological component is required, be it engineering, specialist personnel or unique resources.
